It is set back from the access road ensuring guests both good parking and a quiet nights rest. The rooms are very new and spotlessly clean. It represents high value for money. The staff speak both Thai and English and are very helpful.

Staff answered all of our questions, were very helpful, and very attentive. Our room was very clean with nice bed linens. The breakfast was varied and generous, served in an attractive space. It was nice to have bedside tables with lamps. Staff arranged transportation to the Thai Loei Ban Kang Pla Weaving Group which we found interesting. We enjoyed the 8km walk back through the countryside.

Located next to the city park with pleasant garden views, Loei Palace Hotel offers spacious accommodations and recreation facilities including an outdoor swimming pool. This is my second stay at this hotel and I cannot fault it. The entire hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. I will be using it again

Enough shelves and storage space. A quiet neighborhood but with enough places to eat within walking distance, and even more within a short drive.

Average looking from the outside but when you open the door it opens onto a spacious well equipped room. Be aware you are very close to Loei's party zone, which is a plus if you want to go out but a minus if you want complete peace and silence
