Check in was annoying, the receptionist didn’t program the card key, I went back the 1st time to let her know, she didn’t do it right, the second time as I was going back to the office again, she was looking at me through the window, waiting until I was almost there, then she programmed it. (Husband stayed at the room door keep trying to unlock door). It was extremely annoying after a long drive. I felt she was laughing at us looking through the window seeing that we were having trouble unlocking door. Not staying there ever again. Room looked clean and bed was comfortable.

We stayed for 5 nights visiting family. The hotel is in a great location, Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and had plenty of space. We asked for a room refresh on the 3rd day, expecting to just have our trash taken out and new towels, but the housekeeper, Nora, completely cleaned everything and did a wonderful job. We are very thankful for her! Very good amenities and all of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good every morning. This hotel will definitely be our go-to place whenever we are in town!
