I love when I walked into my room, the TV had "welcome Chandra", which impressed me. But it was clean, smelled good, clean sheets, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The best customer service I experienced in a long time. The lobby was clean and breakfast was awesome. Every time I come to Brownwood this will be where I'm staying.

The gal at the front desk was the best!!! The hotel is next to a field of goats and sheep. Our room had a nice little couch that I sat on drinking morning coffee and watching the goats.
