But it was clean, smelled good, clean sheets, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The best customer service I experienced in a long time. The lobby was clean and breakfast was awesome. Every time I come to Brownwood this will be where I'm staying.

The gal at the front desk was the best!!! The hotel is next to a field of goats and sheep. Our room had a nice little couch that I sat on drinking morning coffee and watching the goats. It was a peaceful way to start the day!
