Great room, location, and service. Paola at front desk was very kind and helpful. My tv remote had a battery issue, and maintenance came to fix right away!

Lush lawns and palm trees…the property is huge, but they have a convenient shuttle service that brings you around when needed. There are multiple pools and hot tubs as well as splash pads and playgrounds for the kids. There is a pool with a large slide, but that wasn’t open due to weather. Our family of 6 was upgraded by the staff to the 3bedroom suite which was so large and spacious. The room was fully equipped and extremely comfortable. Room service was quick and responsive. Lots of eating options on and off the resort.
