The people at the front desk were very pleasant to deal with. I reported an issue with the bed, and that moment maintenance was there to look at it. We had booked through Booking.com and it said there was a hottub in the room. When we arrived there actually wasn't. The lady who checked us in gave us an upgrade with a room with a hottub. Such a nice gesture!

Its a great place to stay. I love that we could have supper on the week days! Great staff! The food is always great! We love that we can bring our pets with us. The rooms with the kitchens are our favorite, rooms are very roomy for 2 adults and 3 kids and a pet!
