Winston-Salem Marriott is located in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. Guest can work up a sweat in the fitness centre. Complimentary WiFi is provided. We booked a room for a big dance conference that is held each year. We left for our weekend (coming from Tennessee) with a huge winter storm heading that way. The hotel went above and beyond to help us out and even helped us with a late checkout and let us check out with a refund for the next two days that we had booked without charging us anything. They could've charged us for the room but instead did the right thing and helped us solve a problem to leave early to beat the winter storm and get back to Tennessee safely. They did this with no strings attached. Everyone that I knew at the conference that stayed at the Winston Salem Marriott had the same experience with their customer service. It is hard to find great customer service these days and they were above and beyond excellent!!
