When we called and explained our situation, they arranged for us to rebook our room for a day later. The room itself was excellent. Clean and large, and our two kids loved the stuff bear in the lobby. Special thanks to Angel and Mary at the front desk for all their help. One quick thing to add: most hotels in Juneau have a shuttle, but not all of them will take you out to the ferry terminal at Auke Bay. The Super 8 will, so that's another reason I usually stay there when travelling through Juneau.
