I believe she said she had worked there for a week. She was able to get all fixed and was very professional and friendly.

Located in Ketchikan, a free area shuttle is provided by this motel and a free breakfast is also offered. Rooms feature a satellite TV. The staff were fantastic. Very welcoming and very helpful.... Thanking you Close to free bus into town. Room comfortable, large bed with good mattress and pillows. Great view.

Nicole and Jim Church are hospitable hosts. The place is spotlessly clean and in beautiful surroundings. It is landscaped outdoors with lots of little places to sit. There are so many little touches to the rooms and the whole area--highly recommend it!

Timbers was great too. The people were friendly and welcoming. Stunning views and amazing weather for our 3 day stay. We loved Settlers Cove and the hiking trails. A great place to stay on the north side of Ketchikan. Away from the cruise ship crowds.

Very nice family maintaining the cabin, everything was clean and comfortable. Location very close to the IFA ferry. Not my first time staying here. I always seem to forget something every time I stay here and the owners are always nice enough to arrange a way for me to get my items back.
