Very easy to get to. The TV remote control didn't work and the floors were filthy. Other than that the place was pretty decent. But the price was too high. No discounts given even for a disabled American combat war veteran.

She helped us move in sooner than our arrival time as we had a toddler with us. The front desk person (lady with pixie braid) was not quite willing to allow us to check in yet. Ot was good customer service and a good teaching point. Jessica helped in the breakfast area and she was excellent. She recommended certain items and even gave us to go items. My 23 month old grand daughter actually went up to herr today before we left and said her name and gave her a high give without prompting. The pool was clean and great (I will speak about adjusting things there in the next box.) Service staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

Fairfield Inn & Suites Ontario Mansfield offers rooms with free WiFi and cable TV with movie channels, just 1.4 miles from Ohio State University. Facilities include an indoor pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was close to a lot of restaurants. The room was clean.

Situated just outside Mansfield, Hampton Inn Mansfield/Ontario is half a mile from Richland Mall. The modern hotel has a swimming pool, 24-hour front desk and free WiFi access. The entire facility was really amazing!
