From the moment we arrived early to be met by the assistant BLUE, who booked us in and was totally nice to us. Large room with 2 queen beds that were very comfy.The bus shuttle to the airport. The free airport shuttle both to and fro, both drivers were professional, polite, and efficient. I really liked my room and the receptionist I encountered was great (Niaomi). She was always friendly, efficient and professional and dealt with a lot of other guests when I was trying to check-in late in the evening. I also really liked that there was access to the boiling drinking in the breakfast room area.

When that hotel didn't have a room ready 4 hours after promised one, we left. So thankful Luis was so kind and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze too!!

You can get there easily on the Sky train from the airport. The check in clerk was awesome, I think he is called Bradley (with all the airline pins on his jacket). He was so kind and friendly. The room was quiet, comfy and clean. They have a lounge bar with good food till late and the staff are excellent there. The breakfast is great - if you book it in advance you can get an amazing value buffet. The breakfast staff are lovely too. From there it’s easy to get the sky train to the car rental. I would definitely stay there again!
