The first impression is great - it looks bright, clean, new, and well maintained. For me, the location was great. The airport, where I took flight training, is 5 minutes by car. The beach is 10 minutes. Downtown St. Augustine is about the same. St. Augustine is certainly a pretty little town. There is a great seafood store 5 minutes walk from the apartment with tons of fish and mussels. A Winn-Dixie is 2 minutes by car. It doesn't have the greatest selection, but will do for everyday needs. The street is very quiet and safe.
