From first check- in to eventual check- out all the staff were exceptional they were all very friendly,hard working and indeed seemed to be happy in their work. From the manager down they were on hand to be helpful and in fact the manager Jaime actually asked where could he make any improvements. The facilities were all clean and the all inclusive food was varied and there was always something too like. There was hardly any, if any queueing at the bar or in the restaurant. AND THERE WAS ALWAYS FREE SUNBEDS and no early morning towel reservations on them. At night the entertainment possibly could be improved but if you didn't like it Cala Bona is only a short walk. All in all a 5* holiday was had by all.

Everything was perfect here. The best price, big apartment with kitchen, living room and a big balcony with a beautiful view and most importantly they have a gym equipped with everything necessary to train for an hour or so. The whole complex is big and architectural blocks are scattered around. It creates cosy environment and an authentic view. Definitely is a great contrast compared to the dozens of standard hotels one can find around. The staff is great and helpful. I’ll definitely come back here again.
