Lovely, clean apartment in the heart of Basel. Maria is a fabulous host. Very friendly. She was most accommodating to requests, such as a late check-out. Also very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and navigating local transport. I felt safe and comfortable throughout the stay.

Location is perfect. Wifi is good. The room is very well laid out, so space is used very efficiently. We had everything we needed which doesnt often happen in places with a kitchenette. For the price i felt it offered exactly what we needed and i feel it will be our goto place in basel in future.

The room was big with a Queen size bed and a private toilet. The room was well decorated and it had a small fridge and heating was great. The location of the hotel is 1 minute from the train station and it's in a great location. I really liked how Marc(the person that has the hotel) treated me. He was kind and understanding to every request I had and he tried to do all the requests I gave to him, believe me, I asked a lot 😅. Lastly, I have to say that the way we can check-in and check-out without speaking to anyone is something I really appreciate and I really like the idea. It gives you the privacy you need. Thank you for the great experience, I will surely come back again 😁
