The view from our room was amazing with one side with caldera and gorgeous sunset, other side with beautiful white washed buildings. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Especially Yannis and George!! The location was great, away from super busy Fira, but close enough to everything. Thank you for making our stay so special!!

The location was perfect, not too crowded like Oia and easy to walk to Fira with an amazing view to the Caldera. The sunset view was incredible from the hot tub on the balcony. The breakfast was more than enough and everything was delicious. The personnel treated us really well and even accepted to bring the breakfast to my mom's room to eat altogether. They even have wine from the Island waiting for you in the room. I would definitely come back.

The property was spotlessly clean, bright and and located just off the Caldera. The room was medium sized with a small fridge and Kettle. The balcony was small but adequate. The Air Con was priceless as it was very warm at night. Room cleaned and towels changed every day. TV was local channels only. Wifi was fast and consistent, Maria the host was super informative and very helpful with local information, maps and Bus Timetables. The cleaning lady was very friendly and always smiled. Lovely place to stay overall,

Elias was so friendly and took the time to make an itinerary for our time on the island. Coffee and tea were served daily and our rooms were cleaned daily as well. We had a beautiful balcony with a sea view. The pool was magnificent. The villa is located within walking distance to Fira and Firostefani.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here for 3 days, in the offseason (late March). Giorgios and his staff were amazingly friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. The cave villa was so well kept and cute and the views were spectacular. It was an easy walk up to Imerovigli or down to Fira so tons to see and do by foot. I highly recommend this place and will certainly stay here again if I ever return to Santorini.

The property was perfect. They had a nice pool, and it’s pretty well located to restaurants (~6 minute walk) and downtown (~13 minute walk). The staff and receptionist was incredibly kind and did everything they could to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They do offer daily room cleaning as well for free. We would highly recommend.
