Apartment was well stocked with everything you would need for a short or long stay. It even comes with a washing machine and detergent. Apartment faces a large garden so it's really quiet. Sound proofing is pretty solid. Plenty of street parking within 20-80m. Wonderful Hosts! Gina was very responsive with clear communications. Her husband, Josue met us at the property to go through the apartment features and entrance requirement. We would stay again when we return to Horta. :)

Located within 12 km of Pico do Carvao and 24 km of Sete Cidades Lagoon, Santa Clara 1828 provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ponta Delgada. This recently renovated aparthotel is located 24 km from Lagoa Verde and 26 km from Lagoa Azul. The property offers soundproof units and is situated 29 km from Fire Lagoon. The condo was in a great location and there were very comfortable places to hang out in the unit. The unit had great air conditioning on every room. They stocked the fridge with water, juice and baked bread. The manager was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. would definitely stay here again!

Diana, as a Host was extremely efficient, accommodating and kind hearted Host. She was very easy to communicate with and was prompt in replying. Her directions to the location were amazing and she walked me through the cabin and and the grounds to make sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. She even left a lovely gift basket of local treats which was very thoughtful and showed how proud she is of her home country and wants to share that with her guests. Very, very special. The cabin location was amazing with a great view of the village and the ocean with a lovely outdoor covered veranda to sit and eat and take in the view. The kitchen was efficient and well stocked with all you needed to have morning tea or coffee and to cook and make a meal. It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. At night you could sit out, even in the rain and watch the sunset and in the morning have coffee and watch the sunrise. The Village has some great sights to take in as well as being a great location to drive to other areas with lots of great scenery along the way. The people in the Village are so lovely and social and make you feel like you are part of the community. There are a few local cats and they were the gentlest and sweetest and would come by for visits which was quite nice during the evenings. I highly recommend it for single travelers, couples, and or families.

The apartment was on a great location just in the city centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The stay included a breakfast which was superb and delivered to our door when we ordered it. Everything was impeccable and I never experienced such a great value for money accommodation. Highly recommended!

It was our base to tour the city and Island. The staff was excellent and helped us all the time. Breakfast was rich with a tasty variety of food. We also had a super tasty dinner one of the evenings. Parking was convenient and all hotel facilities were excellent. Perfect location in the city and in the Island as well

View, spacious appartment, super clean, amazing beakfast… but top of the top - super friendly and helpful staff!

A dishwasher, an oven and microwave are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the aparthotel, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. The staff is wonderful. First, they helped us book a rental car after our plans fell through even though we were unable to find any available cars on the island. Also, our luggage was left behind by the airline and then delivered to the hotel after we had already left. Ana works reception at the hotel and called me to let me know so I could work with the airline to get it picked up and sent to our current island. Then Ana also called us when the bags were picked up. This was imperative because the airline made no attempt to let us know they had our bags. Ana told me the flight time from Pico to the island we were on and so we stopped by the airport and found our bags. They were separated away from the bags being delivered that day and had not been entered into the system. It took 5 days to get our bags and it would have been longer if not for Ana. We are so grateful for everyone there. Also the room was spacious with a great view.

They give you a variety of cereal, milk, ham, and cheese. The apartment was clean and spotless and the location five minutes from the Marina was fantastic. We ate there for dinner and the service and food were phenomenal. I would recommend Lofts Azul Pastel to anyone who may be looking to come to Horta- Fial for a visit.
