Good value for money: spacious apartment with love to detail. In front of the door was a little (unmanned) "shop" where you could buy drinks, bags, souvenirs as well as some chocolates to take. We booked the jacuzzi and the owner brought us sparkling wine while we were in it, which was a very nice touch. The owner also informed us that we could get an additional 10% off purchases at the nearby Outlet center - he even tried to call us when we weren't home to let us know. Unfortunately we already bought what we wanted by the time we knew, so maybe this helps some future guests! :-D just show the house key at the visitor center and they will give you a 10% off pass for the day. Both bedrooms are connected, so you walk through the twin room to get to the double. Not a problem to us and this is visible on the map in the photos, but we only realized on arrival. The host was very friendly and easily reachable downstairs when needed. There was sufficient parking for both cars!

This is definitely one of my best stay from booking.com! Not only the apartment was fully equipped with all the things you need, but also the cleanliness was really amazing! The owners are super friendly and warm. If possible, please experience yourself. I highly recommend!!!

Nice quiet place, a lot of space. Great value if you travel somewhere and need to stay for the night. Wine and beer available if you missed the shop.

The staff were very friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful and peaceful on a lake. The restaurant was quite good.

Sat amongst lovely woodland just off the side of a main road with a view of the Bentheim Castle in the distance. The apartment was like a home with excellent facilities and a TV in every room (Living Room and two separate Bedrooms).

Wonderful location in a quiet neighbourhood, peaceful, view from the balcony to the woods, lovely area. Visit to the castle of Bad Bentheim highly recommended!

Harry is a true host, he does everything and more to please his visitors. And he is a good storyteller as well. On top of that he speaks many languages so its easy to chat with him even if your own German language skills are not top notch.
