My stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations – a perfect haven in every aspect. Remarkably, the top-class service and luxurious ambiance felt like a steal at such an affordable price. It was as if I had entered an expensive five-star retreat. The staff, treating me like family, elevated the experience. Special kudos to Umran, the driver, whose assistance extended beyond the reasonable tours, going above and beyond in every aspect of my stay—from navigating streets to purchasing train tickets, easing the language barrier. Nasser, the manager, consistently checked in to ensure my satisfaction. Another staff member even went out of their way to take me to a nearby pizza shop at night when I expressed hunger. This hotel offered not just accommodation but a truly exceptional and caring experience.

In November/December we stayed three weeks in the beautiful Blue Nile House in a great apartment: spacious, clean, with three balconies and great views over grasslands, corn and rice fields, and the river Nile. Our host, Sayed, and his team are very kind and most helpful. The daily breakfast under the beach umbrella near the swimming pool was something to look forward to every morning. For dinner there was a varied menu of delicious Egyptian meals to choose from. The somewhat remote location of the hotel (distance to the ferry is 2,8 km) guarantees a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. There are several possibilities to visit the ancient Egyptians monuments. Sayed can arrange for taxis and excursions by car, and there are lots of tuktuks on the road. We hired two bikes for three weeks at Mohammed Satohe’s ‘Bicycles for hire’ in the village to visit the Valley of the Kings, the temples and tombs on the West Bank, following good Dutch tradition. We highly recommend Blue Nile House, for it is the perfect place to stay on the West Bank of Luxor. Thank you Sayed, Abdellah, Ahmed, and Karim for these wonderful three weeks! Very friendly people, which will help you with everything, a very quiet and safe area, a beautiful garden with a nice smell, and very cool air thanks to the garden. Traveling to the other site costs 35 cents with the ferry and 2-3 euros with the private motor boat. It's very fast. A private boat only takes like 5 minutes. The ferry is the same, but sometimes you have to wait up to 20 minutes. Would always choose the west bank in Luxor. Much better location and is even cheaper. Clean and friendly area, with no tourist traps, and still so near the center

Oh. Everything. I like the staff the most, they are the best hosts ever. They always made us feel at home. We forgot our charger and they are willing to send it to Cairo. I mean simply amazing. A great apartment which can hold 6 people. Lovely balconies with a view of sugarcane field. Nice breakfast. There is also a common washing machine, which is very helpful.

Not just before you arrive, but throughout the stay. I was in the flat 6 nights and got regular "everything ok?" messages - which is nice when there is obviously no reception. The apartment is very big indeed, it was very clean and well equipped. I liked having a washing machine, large clothes rack for drying clothes, iron snd cooker. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. Wifi good.

The owner was really nice and he helped us with everything we asked for (trips, food, informations) he waited us and took us to the apartment when we came and till the last day he provided us with all our needs.
