Stedet ligger sentralt. 300 meter til butikk og 250 meter til nærmeste bakeri. Nært til handlegater og restaurant-området i Preveza. Det er cirka 1 km og gå til nærmeste strand. Veldig trivelig nabolag med hyggelige mennesker. Vi ble meget godt tatt imot av vertene som fulgte oss opp i løpet av oppholdet. Leiligheten var godt rengjort.
