Anna, the host was an extraordinary lady who was welcoming us in the evening around 8 pm despite the fact that we couldn't inform them what time we would arrive due to technical issue with our mobile phone. 1. Although she doesn't speak German, nor English, she was able to communicate with us via google translator or with a smile. She provided each of us a welcome drinks. 2. She offered us to do our laundry even before I asked her. And she did it all by herself even if I told her I would do it by myself. 3. The house is spacious, quiet, and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to cook some simple noodles and pasta. 4. In front of the place, there is a camping place with a nice, cozy restaurant. Food was nothing special but our kids enjoyed the food there. With a 5 mins driving, there are more restaurants as well. Supermarkets are located in the next town, 5-10mins driving. Konzum in 3.8km away, we actually walked there for fun, which I wouldn't recommend. 5. In order to get to Plitvice Entrance 2, it takes about 10 mins driving from the place. Around the park, of course, there are more and more hotels/ apartments, but they were quite packed with each other. You won't have such peaceful and spacious view that Apartment Marjia has. 6. If you want to enjoy some peaceful, and comfortable walking the trails, I recommend to get there at 7am or 8am time slots, (as early as possible) because it gets extremely busy around lunch time. Overall, value for money, reasonable price, we, as a family with two pre-teen children, had a very peaceful stay at Apartment Marjia.

Everything was great. The location, cleanliness, parking space, utilities like a proper hotel, newly constructed, responsive owner, proper guidelines for self check-in. Distance from Plitvice Jezera is just 15 minutes drive. And very big rooms with beautiful bathroom.

Everything was perfect ! Melani the host was extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. Thankyou to Melani for an upgrade to a larger suite. Perfect accommodation for a visit to the area and close proximity to Plitvice Park.

Great position to visit the Plitvice lakes park. The apartment is cozy and has everything that we needed for a good stay. The check in and check out procedures are very simple and Kristijan made sure we had all the information we needed at the right time. Moreover, is pet friendly (we travelled with our small dog). The apartment was nice, super clean and complete of everything. It has a garden with hammocks and barbecue to relax after visiting the lakes. The kitchen had all the needed equipment plus every extra you need for breakfast. we loved the king sized bed! it was so comfortable. The location is perfect if you want somewhere quiet and near the national park.

The cottage is perfect. Very beautiful, clean and lots of privacy. The porch was great with the bad weather we had. Our host was very frendly. Only 15 km from the park.
