The balcony overlooking the garden was frosting on the cake, making her garden shop a cherry on top.

Customer service top notch and Luxury room was amazing. I have stayed at various 5 star hotels in Toronto and to date this was the best overall experience. And the room had great CN tower view - Just loved it

Our high-rise unit offered amazing city views, which made our stay even more special. The staff was very responsive and incredibly hospitable. We were 30 minutes late due to traffic, but he waited for us patiently in the lobby, which was really kind of him. The check-in and checkout process was smooth and hassle-free. Even though he had other guests arriving the same day, he graciously allowed us a late checkout. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone planning to stay in downtown Toronto. It truly feels like a home away from home and is even better than many 5-star hotels.
