The owner, Marcus is very welcoming, kind and helpful. The sunlit apartment is modern, beautifully equipped and very comfortable. It was a bonus to park onsite but there seems to be plenty of street parking available too.

De Veluwse bos Lodge, a property with a garden, is located in Otterlo, 16 km from Huize Hartenstein, 16 km from Burgers' Zoo, as well as 19 km from Arnhem Station. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Featuring a private entrance, the apartment allows guests to maintain their privacy. Leonie was super-nice. The cabin was very large, very comfortable, beautifully sited. The daily bird symphony was captivating. Loved the hot tub (and appreciated Leonie cranking the heat a couple of notches for us).

Housed in a building dating from 2021, this aparthotel is 5.1 km from Burgers' Zoo and 7.3 km from Huize Hartenstein. Apenheul is 29 km from the aparthotel and Paleis 't Loo is 31 km away. The room was super clean and modern with a high ceiling. The large bed was comfortable. Supplementary gels and lotions smelled delicious. Many basic facilities included, making it perfect for a a short stay. The location is easily reachable by foot from the central station. It's also very easy to grab breakfast, cafes are practically across the street.

Our wonderful hosts even picked us up from the train station and kept us well-fed with amazing breakfasts. We relaxed in a quiet, clean and comfortable space, Netflix included. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

I have stayed before so I knew the excellent quality but the freezing temperature was mitigated by the hosts attention to detail great system and warmth
