Terrific view, clean, comfortable, well-appointed. Hosts Neil & Leanne were welcoming & available. I’d better book for next year before word gets out about Southview! Walking distance to beach, a sweet little cafe with an excellent breakfast. Perfect.

The apartment was perfect roomy and airy plus having all the necessities such as milk coffee tea toilet rolls etc was very convenient

It was exactly as advertised. Two single beds, a bathroom next door. Very clean and comfortable. Well located. The host was amazing via text-very welcoming, extremely helpful.

The room is fully equipped, with a small kitchen for cooking, equipped with kitchenware and tableware, a washing machine is also in the room, and washing powder is also placed. It is very thoughtful and the staff is very friendly. There are free buses connecting attractions and train stations nearby. It was a very satisfying stay

The room was excellent with a large balcony. On site restaurant was very good with great views of the gold course over to the sea. Location was perfect.

Great location, only a five minute walk from the beach and a ten minute walk to everywhere else we wanted to go. The staff were very nice and always friendly, Lil helped me check in and was super friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend.

Pioneer Sands was an excellent hotel to stay at, the beds were super comfy, we got an upgraded room which was a lovely bonus, the staff were really helpful. The parking was easy. We would definitely stay there again.
