The clean apartment was bigger than I expected. It has a nice balcony. Nomen est omen because the apartment is located in the center of Ayia Napa close to many restaurants and shops. The host Pavlos was friendly and reliable in communication and the gentleman, who did the check-in, dedicated and nice. I would stay there again, if ever in Ayia Napa again.

The location was perfect for us at a fair price: large apartment not too far from the restaurants but far enough to have a good sleep at night without being disturbed by the night life. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine that made our mornings better. Also the wifi connection is stable and fast and the smart TV has a Netflix account that our kids enjoyed. The balcony is large with 4 chairs table that was great for morning coffee and wine in the lazy evening evenings. Also there are parking places available and a common closet with things you would need at the beach - this part I found really helpful and environmentally friendly - all kind of plastic beach toys are being reused and kids were every day happy to get a new toy at the beach. We definitely recommend this property to others.

Very tidy and lovely studio equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom and balcony.  Location is perfect you can walk to most of the cities attractions within 5-10 minutes Maria is a great host and there when you need her, Very nice and wants to share all she know about the area. Well maintained rooms, large balconies, lots of options for breakfast. Exceptionally nice housekeeper Ginka, who did great job by cleaning rooms and helping if we needed anything. Free parking, beach right in front, a playground for the kids.

Szep tisztasag volt, 2 naponta jottek takaritani, torolkozot cserelni. Picike volt, de tobb nem is kell, tokeletes volt minden szempontbol. A part 10 percre volt gyalog, uzletek, ettermek, mosoda a kozelbe. A gazda nagyon nagyon kedves volt, mindenbe segitett, akarmikor kerdeztunk tole azonnal valaszolt. A legjobb!!! Akarmikor visszamennenk.
