Fantastic location just 5 min walk from the center of Pernera (our area of choice) If you're looking for Protaras town then quite a distance . Very spacious 1 bed apartment with good size lounge/kitchen area with large balcony. Totally separate bathroom with good walk in shower and separate spacious and comfortable bedroom. Lovely pool next door with good bar/restaurant. Excellent restaurant (Happy Bar) just a few steps away. Just a few mins to the beach. Very well equipped kitchen area with everything you could need. Spotless on arrival but clean towels/bedding only after 4 days

Nectarios and his brother were great hosts. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and luminous, also well equiped and comfortable. All appliances were working properly. We'd like stay there again!

The attention to detail of the owner is something amazing! Everything was super clean, we had tv channels that is not normal in Cyprus , the pool was clean in the middle of the winter and ready to use! The kitchen had everything , coffee machines , toaster etc… AC in every single room, towels, hot blankets and even toilet paper with flower smell. I took some time with my family and the only thing that I can say is that if I come again will be to this Villa. The neighbors were very calm, without noise near the house. We had a great time! Thank You.

We were group of friends and stayed off season, but had great time anyway. Maria is very helpful and friendly host, helped us with everything we needed. Perfect destination, Great facilities, Highly recommend. Excellent accommodation providing everything we needed, house was clean spacious and comfortable, recommend and stay again. The location of the house is excellent.
