We loved all the details in the apartment, especially the cleanliness and comfort. We stayed with a baby 1y old and the host offered us sunbeds, beach facilities, even a trolley to use! As our flight was early in the morning, we arrived before the standard check-in time, and were pleasantly welcomed. This is our recommendation for Las Palmas-a place to stay when the vacation is on!

This place is perfect for those who are traveling for business or leisure, as it offers excellent amenities that cater to both types of travelers. The mattresses are really comfortable and there are also plety of pillows of differet sizes, granting you a good sleep. One of the most noteworthy aspects of this place is its internet speed. Whether you need to work remotely or simply want to stay connected with your loved ones, the place's Wi-Fi connection is fast and reliable. You can expect seamless streaming, downloading, and uploading, without any interruptions. The TV in your room is a Smart TV with chromecast incorporated, so you can stream from your personal stream provider in your browser directly to the TV. Another cool feature is the safe: finally a safe big enough to fit in my 16.5 inches MacBook Pro along with all other expensive equipment that I want to keep safe. The place's kitchen is another standout feature that sets it apart from other places. Whether you prefer cooking your own meals or ordering in, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (except an oven) that allow you to prepare your meals with ease. The communication with the manager of the place was always quick and smooth. Finally, the cleanliness of the place is top-notch. Everything is spotless and well-maintained. You can rest assured that you'll be staying in a clean and comfortable environment. Overall, I highly recommend Open Sea Suites for both short and long stays. Its fast internet speed, well-equipped kitchen, and exceptional cleanliness make it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Fabiola and her family were very gracious hosts. The building and our apartment were spotlessly clean. Everything in the apartment worked as expected. We had one minor issue that was dealt with promptly and courteously. The building and our one bedroom apartment were just as pictured online. Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable for a long term stay. We received weekly bundles with clean bed sheets and bath towels. I enthusiastically recommend this property to anyone. The location of the building is fantastic! Just steps away from the boardwalk along Las Canteras beach and also close to Las Arenas shopping mall. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as well as neighborhood shops, pharmacies and a Post Office.

Well equipped, modern, new apartment. Close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The free car parking in the garage was an added bonus. A modern kitchen is well equipped, has microwave, as well as a dishwasher. There was also a welcome box with delicious goodies. The lounge features comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. The double and twin bedrooms are nice equipped. The bathroom is also modern with a nice shower. The view from the balcony is not spectacular, but it was nice to seat outside and relax. The apartment has a lift access from the parking garage, which is very practical. After four days staying, there was additional cleaning of the apartment. The host was very kind and willing to help if needed. I would highly recommend this property as a self-catering alternative to a hotel.
