The hotel actually operates along with the underlying bistrot and I have to admit that it was fantastic having spacious rooms overlooking the beach. Rooms have comfortable beds and are equiped with all the means one may need, such as Wi-Fi, small fridge, espresso machine, hair-dryer, A/C and a large flat TV set (we did not get use of the latter). We had our rooms cleaned (really thoroughly) and our fridge resupplied with a pair of water bottles on a daily basis. Not only our hosts (Eloise and Nicolas) were really helpfull, but all the hotel and bistrot staff was suberb trying to fulfill our needs. The underlying bistro is used to serve French-style breakfast, offering a wide variety of sweet and savory dishes that truly exceed our expectations and varied preferences. Apart from breakfast, dinning at the bistrot is strongly suggested. All the plates are suberb, but I'd suggest trying those based on fish. It is worth to mention that the kitchen was extremely clean that there wasn't any fishy smell indicating that fishes were really fresh on a constant basis. The hotel is located right across the street from the beach so we had the opportunity to swim at every chance before having breakfast. The beach is clean with pebbles and is getting deep rather quickly which we really like. Finally, the hotel is ideally located close to the airport and yet without the traffic congestion of Nice, nor the crowded city centre. This is the ideal place to act as a base for journeys to other destinations, such as Nice, Monaco, Menton, Antibes, Cannes, St. Paul du Vence, or even Marseille. Last but not least Cros-de-Cagnes train station is within walking distance; trains along with local buses provide reliable travel alternatives to all the above destinations. Important notice: The hotel does not have a lift; so it is not suitable for people with kinetic disablilities. This was not a problem for us, but other people may need to be aware of.

the owners were very kind and very welcoming. they were also very helpful and flexible on time giving us great availability. the room is equipped with everything and is very very nice, it also has a beautiful covered veranda. chosen for the location near Nice it was very convenient and if we were to return to the area we will definitely return.

Really relaxing and fabulous hospitality from our host, landlord Frederic, super breakfast and extra coffee on request and lots of helpful tips on local hotspots. So enjoyed the peaceful surroundings with great views which we took full advantage of most days on way back from our daily excursions.

Perfect location for our stay, short distance to the sea. Very comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. Great hosts, we felt very welcome. Dedicated parking lot behind the fence.

The apartment was very spacious, bright, comfortable and clean. It was great to have a balcony and air con. There was easy access to secure allocated parking. It was in a good location, just a few minutes walk to a range of beaches, restaurants and bars/cafés one way and a small supermarket and boulangerie the other way. It gave a good base to explore the Côte d'Azur. The owner was quick to respond and very obliging.

Very clean and nice apartment, in a nice area. Has all the amenities you need and plus more! The host, Stephane, was very nice and helpful , he even gave us a beach umbrella which was super helpful. Nice restaurants nearby and it is a quiet area in the evening. Highly recommend!
