The apartment was larger than we expected and well equipped for our stay. The host, Emanuelle, met us on arrival and showed us around to explain the facilities. She was very helpful and charming, and gave excellent advice on the location, which is within easy walking distance of the City centre. We very much enjoyed our brief visit to St. Brieuc and would definitely book Jean Bart next time.

Beautiful historic home with a delightful hostess, comfortable beds, delicious breakfasts, and a peaceful garden space. Very easy walk into town. Madame Benedicte speaks French primarily but we were still able to communicate. It was a convenient 1 hour drive to Mt St Michel, and close to many other gems of the Emerald Coast including Cap Fréhel.

The apartment is beautiful. Had everything you could need for a stay. We stayed 5 nights and would happily have lived here forever. Parking provided in a secure garage. We loved Saint Brieuc and would stay at this apartment again. Were greeted by neighbour who showed us everything and lovely to meet Dominique on our departure. Wonderful stay

L'Atipic is an amazing place to spend your vacation. The room was more than fantastic. Spacious and decorated with a lot of style and taste. Loved the swimming pool and the outdoor kitchen, which made it the perfect place to stay. Lydie and Marc are such amazing hosts who were always there for us and did everything to make us happy. We will definitely come back. Merci effinement !
