Our best hotel experience of all hotels at the South coast of the UK! We had an amazing stay in this hotel and what a great hosts are Rich and Katie, no effort has been spared to make us feel like at home here. The room was cozy and beautiful furniture and the view was stunning. It was beautiful to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. We had a wonderful breakfast in the morning, down in the lobby and the homemade cakes were the best we've ever tasted. It were all kind of nice things that made our stay at sea view all the more perfect. We can highly recommend this hotel, in fact this was our best experience in all hotels that we've seen at the south coast of England. EVERYTHING - this is the most amazing place we’ve ever been so far!! where to begin? the staff was most welcoming and lovely, the breakfast was delicious, so was the dinner, the woodburning fireplace, the pub, the surroundings, the cozy cozy rooms, the bathtub… well it is perfect!! stay here if you can, we will for sure come again!!

Location, cleanliness, facilities. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard including a very well equiped kitchen. The views of sunrise a real bonus. Really can't find any fault and would definitely return . Lots of little touches that make it extra special

Very friendly welcome from host Gaynor, who went out of their way to accommodate my requirements. Comfortable and clean room, I appreciated the mini fridge and fan in the heatwave! Lots of breakfast choices which were excellent, highly recommended.

Matthew was an amazing host. The breakfasts were delicious, fresh fruit, cereal and yoghurt first, followed with a choice of three cooked breakfasts. They really set you up for the day. The bedroom was spacious and bed very comfortable. It was spotless, would have no hesitation in recommending.

The two host are very welcoming and kind people. The prepared a fabolous breakfast and gave US plenty of advices. The room is very coosy. The Place Is 10 minutes walk from downtown. Many food and fun options in the neighbourhood. Possibility to park easily
