We asked and received a quiet room on the back side of the property knowing that a university town can be noisy at night. The beds were hard (but not too hard), linens good quality, and kitchen amenities good.

Great location for getting into town and to the bus station! Room was clean and comfortable and John was very helpful and welcoming, offering tips and asking how our day was whenever we got in - plus a good baker! It felt cosy and was everything we needed.

The location is fantastic, a 5-minute stroll to the main thoroughfare and St Andrews Uni campus. The modernity and spaciousness of the flat design. The decoration. The view out of the living room landscape windows. The amenities. The flat is fully furnished with 6 each of red wine glasses, white wine glasses, copitas, cups, mugs, cutlery, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, etc.. Nothing was left wanting. Everything works. And everything looks nearly new. No funky odours at all. Eric, the manager, was warm and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and modern. The water pressure is great. The bedlinen and towels are clean. It is far better and lower cost than the very expensive cramped hotel room that my boy stayed at with a view of the road-that's another story. What a deal!
