A gem of a find in Skegness, this idyllic little guest house with super friendly hosts and the most amazing cooked breakfast (check out the best sausages you will find anywhere in Lincolnshire!) . Beds were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We will be returning - thanks again!

Really good breakfast, Richard & Jason lovely friendly hosts, nothing to much trouble made us very welcome, in a quiet area which is nice, had room at top which had a sea view good sized bathroom with everything you need, shower gel, shampoo etc would stay again

Th location of the guest house is very close to all the amentities that Skegness offers, Lovely staff and very helpful

It was the most pleasant experience, my hosts Dave & Andrea , were SO friendly..... They were the perfect hosts, and work very hard indeed to accomodate most guests, and most importantly to make their establishment a Covid safe place. My room was spotlessly clean, well ventilated, plenty of mirrors, tea & coffee in room, plenty enough hangers in the wardrobe, much storage space to say it was a single room. Could not fault the shower, easy to use the temperature/flow gauge. TV in room was adequate. Noise is kept to a minimum at night, so a good night's sleep is no problem...!!!👍👍
