Beautiful property with mango and banana trees all around. Very bright and full of natural light cabana. Open space on both floors. Fully stoked kitchen and amenities (if you have to time to cook). Gite is made with taste. there are a few art pieces and photos from the local artists. You can hear the birds, rain falling and breathe fresh air throughout your stay. it’s an incredible experience especially for someone from the city. Full size French style bath (THANK YOU, Patrice) with an opening to the nature and the sea - was dreamy. Patrice is an amazing host, very helpful, goes beyond with hospitality. He left mangoes and bananas for us from his garden. Property is not easily found on Google Maps, definitely text Patrice ahead of time for more details. Google messes up with maps for some reason. Cabana is also very close to the port where you can take a ferry to different islands. It’s located in Basse-Terre with beautiful nature, volcanic beaches, hidden waterfalls, volcano, lots of greenery. if you’re an adventurer like us, this is the spot for you. take the time to explore and relax in the cabana after. Highly recommend and would be back in a heartbeat.

C'était notre cinquième visite en Guadeloupe. Après avoir loué de nombreuses maisons différentes sur basse terre, nous avons trouvé ce joli logement ! Lits confortables, bonne climatisation, propre et bien entretenu avec un spa pour observer les étoiles. La proximité de belles randonnées, des cascades, des îles des Saintes, de la distillerie de rhum et même des plages de grande terre est facilement accessible en voiture. Mais les meilleurs étaient nos hôtes ; Un grand merci pour 9 jours merveilleux avec vous et tout ce que vous avez organisé pour notre famille ! Detta var vårat femte besök på guadeloupe. Efter att ha hyrt många olika hus på basse terre, hittade vi detta trevliga boende! Sköna sängar, bra luftkonditionering, rent och välhållet med ett spa för att betrakta stjärnorna. Det nära till fina vandringar, vattenfall, öarna Les Saintes, romdestilleri och till och med stränderna på grande terre kör man enkelt till. Laurent and Berthe, his mom, gave us the best welcome ever. They were so nice and pleasant. Efficiency is the main word here. They helped make our experience perfect. The studio is located in the trees, literally in the jungle with a view on the mountains. When on the road you have a great view on the sea and «  les saintes archipel »
