The apartment is spacious enough for a couple and/or a small family, also very well equipped with a big fridge, oven and an awesome showering system (which is rare compared to other properties in the area). If you’re staying longer than 1 night, definitely visit the nearby White Lake (Aspri Limni) and Chrysoskalitissa Monastery. Elena and her family are very kind and helpful too—they made our 6-night stay in Elafonissi one of the most pleasant travels we’ve ever had :)

We loved our stay here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent outdoor areas. The views from the room are beautiful. We loved the area, a few nice tavernas near by and some lovely little walks around. Elafonisi beach is just 5 mins down the road. Drive down early to beat the buses!

Good location. Close to Elafonissi beach. Good for a family of 5 (2 adults/3 older teens). Nice that they provided fruit and water and cookies when we arrived. Parking available in front. You can’t see the sea from there but it’s a short drive to Elafonissi.

The house had everything! Equipped very well, there where a lot of beach/pool toys for kids. There were complimentary fruits, water, juice, breakfast stuff waiting for us. Rooms great! Pool amazing! We booked the place cause of its proximity to elafonisi beach, but ended up going once there :) one of best accommodation we had. Would definitely book again there!

very warm welcome with a fridge full of fruits and drinks and everything you need in the house (coffee, salt, pepper, seasoning, soap, laundry etc..) the location is perfect with nice tavernas around and the lovely Elafonisi beach. great spot !

The room was beautiful and had everything we needed: air conditioning, shampoo, tea, coffee, fridge, towels, outside seats, terrace, etc. Everyone that worked there was wonderful, they were so welcoming. The beach was a ten minute walk and there were two great tavernas on the way to the beach. Would recommend!

The staff at kochilas was friendly and accommodating! The rooms are quaint and small but it's no problem because if you're booking a room near elafonisi beach, you probably will spend all of your time at the beach! I'd also recommend visiting white lake too.
