The room was very spacious and clean. It gets cleaned every 3 days, which is more than enough. The pool area was lovely, enough deckchairs for everyone. The location was absolutely perfect, 10-15 minutes to the beach and Faliraki centre, a big supermarket around the corner and an amazing fish restaurant just across the road. The bus stop is also very close. Mike and his family are really welcoming and helpful hosts. They took good care of us, always making sure that we were enjoying ourselves.

The property was in an excellent location, close to the main areas of Faliraki but quiet. The rooms were cleaned every day and there were lots of nice touches. The showers were powerful which was great after a day at the beach. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They behave like you are a part of their families. Rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The location is so convenient to walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. I strongly recommend this place for those looking for a cosy, simple and clean hotel to rest. I am so glad to spend my holiday in this hotel. I would like to thank the staff for all their work from my heart.

The hosts are very welcoming. The appartment is cleaned daily and constantly provided with new towels, soap, shampoo and other things. Everything looks and feels either brand new or very, very well maintained. The airconditioning unit works just perfect without any weird smells. The cleaning lady is very thorough and takes the service she provides very seriously. The appartments are located very central within faliraki just a few meters away from basically anything you could want or need. The swimming pool has a great view, is clean, has bed, chairs, a table and a shower with hot water. We came here for our honeymoon and we very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

From the minute we arrived we were greeted like family. A free cocktail before being shown our apartment which was huge and had everything you needed for a great stay. Ate in the snack bar once and twice in the restaurant and the food was really good and reasonably priced. stamatis, Mama and the rest of the family couldn’t do enough for us, they were the kindest hosts we have ever met and Stamatis organized a taxi to take us to Lindos at a good price. The location is in a quiet area, the beach isn’t the greatest but the sea is clean and inviting. No noise at nighttime. I recommend this place 100 percent! Book and you won’t be disappointed. Genuine, kind, friendly people. Even provided us with beach towels.

The staff was PHENOMENAL, very kind and helpful, especially the ladies at breakfast, which was lovely and interesting. They provided a high chair and a cot for my baby, which was really helpful during our stay. The apartment was a great size, very comfortable with a nice couch and big beds. The shower is a good size although I didnt' like the rusty drains at the bottom, I was worried about my kids getting hurt on them. The rooms are cleaned daily, which was unexpected and lovely. There are peacocks who sometimes wander onto the property (my toddler loved these). I recommend having a car for this location. It is a little removed from things, but I did see buses running regularly if you didn't want to get a rental.

Stayed at the Dimitra boutique rooms for 4 nights and had dinner for 2 nights at the restaurant. It was unique 5-star experience at such a family business boutique hotel. Daily room cleaning, nespresso machine, capsules, Extra Beach towels, excellent wifi. They are serving delicous breakfast for free as 3 plates: fruit, breakfast meal and something sweet. Fresh fish, oyster, shrimps every day with good price/performance. Lovely staff and very helpful management. It was our best hotel and restaurant experince in Greece islands. Excellent location
