A fantastic villa as the pictures suggest, located in a quiet part of the village next to a hotel. The property has lots of space; all the bedrooms are set-up nicely and the lounge area very comfortable. The outside pool area is lovely. The villa is a 5 minute drive to the local shops (great bakery!) and marina area. We stayed before the summer season started so most restaurants closed but they were busily being set-up. Local coast line provided many beach and snorkelling areas. A great luxurious base to explore the coast north and south of Sivota. Highly recommend this Villa.

Our ferry arrived late and we booked a room at Maria's at the last minute (around 8:30 at night). Maria and her husband happily arranged to meet us to hand over the key and show us the apartment. Very hospitable hosts.

This was a stunning place. It was beautifully furnished and ideal for our trip. Our host could not do enough for us and checked in. Despite being self catering, a cleaner came midway thru the week. Superb!

Everything was spot on.The location, the room itself, the pool, the staff. Brand new, perfect for families, everything works as it should. Super comfy beds, super clean pool. Always someone around to ask if you need anything, but you don't cause everything is there. Treat yourself or your family a few relaxing days there. Exceeded our expectations
