This property has everything: - located in walking distance from some of the most beautiful beaches of Kassiopi (Kanoni is about 200 m away), but also a few steps away from the bay with all its restaurants and caffes - very quiet (no cars around it and you can hear the waves from the balcony) - balconies/terraces with amazing sea view - well equipped with everything you need to cook and eat at home - nicely decorated

Marta was super helpful with recommendations of things for us to do and restaurants to go to. The suite is brand new and super clean. She left us some nice foods in the fridge for breakfast. It has a good location.

Wonderful place, wonderful owners. Boutiqhotel is located 2 minutes walk from the center, but on the side, quiet, calm, beautiful views. Modern apartment fully equipped, modern bathroom, super comfortable bed, super clean, extra kitchen. The owner serves great breakfasts, you feel at home, you feel taken care of. We already miss his omelettes and pancakes, smiling, always helpful. We were allowed to stay until late in the afternoon because our flight was at night and the next guests were arriving the next day. Thank you VERY much, we will definitely be back.

All I can say is wow! Lovely and cozy room that was nicely furnished, extraordinarily clean, and very comfortable. I was given a free room upgrade, which was a nice surprise, so I ended up having a nice little private sitting area with a view of the harbour. Screens on the windows and back door were nice to allow a lovely breeze in the room but not mosquitoes. Just steps away from the main little road but far enough away that you'll have plenty of peace and quiet. I didn't meet Luigi in person but he was always available, really communicative, and just an all around a friendly and helpful person. Highly highly recommended!

loved the proximity to the surrounding beaches and shops/restaurants, as well as two balconies and good functioning facilities. the hosts were fantastic and greeted us each day we saw them, as well as helping us with anything we needed with no issue. they were polite and hospitable and eager to make our stay the best it could be.

The owners were very sweet , welcoming and helpful. The apartment was perfect. Most outstanding and stunning view of Kassiopi. Just unbelievable!!! If you do not arrive by car, be fit for the walk up to Fatiras. I loved this.

A very nice place with a large and comfortable bed. Access to a private terrace. The room and bathroom were so clean! Very well located, close to the city center. I highly recommend staying there.

Everything was perfect, the kitchen had all the utensils so that we could make breakfast everyday, everything was clean and the cleaning ladies were very nice. It’s also very close to the restaurants in this area
