We loved our stay at Kolymbia village. Everything was exactly as described and even better. The house was large and tidy, equipped with everything you need, the airco was great (and needed) & the beds comfy. The private pool was bigger than we imagined and the view to die for. Marc is a great host, very friendly and helpful when you need it, discrete otherwise. We will definitely come back.

Manuel is the best host I have ever met. Everything was organized perfect. We were offered with lavish reception and everyday breakfast with fresh bread and rolls. Location of villa outside rush area but with walking distance to nice restaurants. Late check out was not a problem. Swimming pool cleaned everyday.

Nikolas and Maria were super kind and hospitable! Nice apartment that has everything you need, for a reasonable price. Great location close to Eucalyptus street and Kolymbia beach. We didn't rent a car but bus stops were around the corner in front of the Atlantica Imperial Resort. Nice little terrace too in front of the house where we could have breakfast outside.

Spotless clean, modern, fully equipped, spacious, walking distance from beaches. Close to restaurants etc., no disturbances from bars etc.

Beautiful modern villa, extremely well fitted out with everything you could possibly need. Good location, close to the beach. The property manager was exceptional, couldn’t do more for us and always on hand if needed.

The villa is spacious, very good located, offering a beautiful see and mountains view, in a quiet place and close to local amenities and tourist attractions. It is very well equipped and we found it very clean. The agency and the owner were very kind and helpful to offer all the information we needed. It is a great place for spending holiday with family or friends.

The house was lovely and comfortable. Lots of great recommendations of places to eat and close location to lots of beaches. We went to Tsambika beach most days due to the sand and shallow waters for swimming with a young child (10 minute drive) but there is one with pebbles just 200m away. Recommend having a car.

Great place, very nice surroundings , stuff helpful. Cool bbq area in front of the apartment, close to the beach, there is a possibility to use a wasching machine
