It was an amazing place to spend a holiday. The room and everything was great. It has its own style and it's very cool. It was located in the quite area even it's very close to the Lindos city center. The balcony was wonderful for staying calm at night with a view of Acropolis. In the morning, sun is rising right in front of you. Maria is very helpful, she even asked assistance for luggages. George was welcomed us at the room. He's also so kind. He gave us some local tips that made our stay smooth. The facilities in the room was impressive. Coffee machine, toast machine, a bluetooth speaker, TV, etc. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

Wir sind mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden gewesen. Organisatorisch alles prima, Savvas war sehr bemüht und unkompliziert. Das Highlight war die Omilein, die vor Ort war. Sie hat auf uns geschaut, hat uns Wassermelone geschenkt, hat uns ihren Lieblingsstrand (Kavos) verraten, genau so wie ein tolles Restaurant in Pefkos(Nikolas Restaurant) wo sie gern Fisch isst. Beide haben uns super gefallen. Wir haben jeden Tag frische Handtücher bekommen und das Zimmer war jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir können die Villa Zinovia vom ganzen Herzen weiterempfehlen.

It was such a special stay. Firstly the hosts Jennie and Marianne made us feel so welcomed. The room was lovely and the views over Lindos were incredible. The pool area is well maintained and relaxing and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious as well. We already want to book and come back next year as we had such a positive experience

Where to start! The moment we arrived we were greeted with a beautiful fruit platter and lemonade, and sat down with the host Irina who told us all about the property and the area. She recommended restaurants, booked us taxis, and waited on us hand and foot. The location of the hotel is a stones throw from the heart of Lindos but just enough away for it to feel peaceful. It's the perfect spot to watch the sun rise, and the breakfasts were amazing (so generous that we would stash the leftovers in our fridge and nibble them throughout the day). The rooms themselves are tasteful, comfortable, and come with high quality toiletries made from local honey. The pool area is paradise, with views of the acropolis and of swallows dipping down to feather their wings in the pool water. We felt like we were the only guests there, even though all 8 rooms were occupied. The beaches are a short walk away (albeit up and down hills, but such is Rhodes). Honestly this place is an absolute gem, and both Irina and Mos are exceptional hosts. Thank you for making us feel like VIPs during our stay.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view. The jacuzzi pool is ideally angled so you can look at the acropolis! Perfectly located for the beach and restaurants but set back slightly from the busier areas. Air conditioning was very much appreciated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Geri was so helpful and welcoming.

The location allowed us to fully walk around in the Lindos. The place was totally cozy, we spent a quality time staying there. The breakfast was simple and fulfilling, everything was tasty. The staff were so kind and funny, they took care of everything we needed. Totally recommended.

Everything, the location is 5 minutes walk to the main street of Lindos. The view from the hotel is amazing and the hotel parking is perfect. But the best thing about this hotel was the staff with great tips and always with a smile, thank you Dimitris and Helena!

Well equiped room, spotless clean, with all amenities, great welcome with good indications and a bottle of cold water in the fridge. Right in the middle of the old city of Lindos, but on a silent street. My favorite part was the lovely orange furry extremely friendly cat waiting to spend some time with you and get pets in the lovely small yard.
