Isabella made us very welcome. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and had everything you could need. Good air-con and excellent Wifi. Pool and loungers were fab - we mostly had the whole area to ourselves. Close to fab bakery for breakfast pastries and Carrefour for water etc. Also very handy for the bus stop ( buses are a great way to get around the island and very inexpensive )

it is an excellent place to stay in Perissa. literally across the beach, 1 minute walk. even if you are in the middle of the village, it is quiet, you have a private large garden to chill in. Has different sitting areas in the shade. the parking is large, safe and free.the staff is extremely well trained, and the host is just amazing. It is clean (daily housekeeping and towels/cosmetics are provided). We had complimentary water, wine, coffee and tea. the kitchen area is completely equipped and a mini market opens in the garden. also they can explain about history, experiences and things to do. We travel frequently in Europe and US, but this is the best hosting service we experienced at this category of accommodation. excellent value for money as well.

Our stay at Kasteli Luxury Rooms was very comfortable and enjoyable. We noticed a few points of this place to share with those who are searching for good place to stay in Perissa: 1. Friendly, very helpful and accommodating hosts. Our flight arrived late and he was waiting for us to check in. And what we appreciated even more is he was able to give us a late check out on our last day. Thank you, Fanis! 2. Location is nice with walking distance to the beach, shops and famous restaurants with good inexpensive food. 3. Breakfast was very good( they’ve got 5 choices on the menu !) and included in the price. It’s served in the nearby restaurant, so you can have your morning coffee and choice of fresh breakfast ones you wake up. 4. The cleanliness of the room is amazing! 5. The transfer from and to the airport is a big help, it’s arranged by the Kasteli hotel, please use this service it’s definitely better than struggling with the taxi. You can also arrange the transfer within the island and driver is very friendly and helpful with local knowledge.

Michaela is a very nice host. Very friendly and always with attention to your requests. The place is 100mt from the beach of Perissa but without the noise of the seafront.

Great location at the beach away from the busy part of Santorini but it was still super easy to get to all those must-see places. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, especially Anastasia who gave great recommendations and helped us make our time in Santorini unforgettable. The place was clean, new and comfortable, everything you could want in an apartment.

Awesome location, great amenities and friendly staff. We got some welcoming food and drinks after we arrived with the free transport from the airport. They also allowed us to stay half a day longer because our flight was at late night. Fantastic place to stay!
