Wonderful new villa in a dominant position with stunning seaview, it looks towards east and you can enjoy spectacular sunrises directly from your bed! The villa is very comfortable and cozy, it has everything you might need ! All appliances are brand new and the great outdoor space is furnished with beautiful and comfortable pieces. The town of Livadi is reachable in less than 10 min by car or by bus . The beach of Agios Iannis is just a short walk away There are 2 tavernas open for lunch and dinner also reachable on foot in a few minutes. We loved the house and its nordic vibe. The location is just perfect very quiet at night yet close to Livadi and its shops and restaurants.

The location was specatular - the view was amazing and you could really just sit on the balcony all day and watch the view. It is also isolated and quiet which we really liked, but still only 10 mins by car from Livadi. The main bedroom was very clean, spacious, large with good storage space, and also a fantastic view. The living room area was very clean and minimal. The kitchen area was large, with great facilities. The outdoor area was wide and open and obviously had a great view.

The house was very comfortable, well equipped and in a quite location with excellent view. It is situated near the port (only 10mins by car) which is very convenient. If you do not want to drive is a grill restaurant near by which is also highly recommended.
