Property is super nice, clean, 50 meters from beach. Everything is super close, from market to center of the city. Owner and personel are legends. It far exceeds our expectations. Very good value for money.

The apartment we stayed in was really wonderful - large rooms, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed daily. Extremely clean and tidy place to stay. The owner is very kind and responsive. On arrival we were greeted with a homemade chocolate cake - an extremely kind gesture. The location of the apartments is wonderful - very close to the port, but still quiet and peaceful. I recommend Kavadias apartments to everyone who wants to enjoy the wonderful Lefkada!

The location was perfect. Private parking is also a plus. Very nice and helpful guests. Everything was very clean and in good condition. I highly reccomend it for a stay in Lefkada island.

Lovely people, lovely apartment. Quiet location, kept clean. Made a friend with their cat who had morning pats whilst we had our breakfast on the balcony. Short walk (<5mins) to the beach and local most supermarket. Only 10 minutes to restaurants and bars in both directions.

The place was terrific. You can easily reach all the beautiful beaches of Lefkada from this perfect location! The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices. The room featured a balcony with a stunning view. I slept comfortably on the bed.

Location is perfect, you just need to cross the street and you’re at the beach. Maria, the host, is a wonderful lady and she will go out of her way to meet your expectations. Cleanliness is top.
