Spacious modern layout with large bathroom. Outdoor terrace is a plus to see view. Host is very nice. Parking and location is great and a 10 min walk down old town. If you don’t mind the occasional airplane flying over its quality accommodation. I’d come back.

Nina, we had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—just a 10-minute walk from the city center and about 200 meters from both the grocery store and the bus stop. The apartment was clean, and your excellent communication and concern made our check-in process seamless. Thank you for everything!

I felt welcome and cared for during my stay. Marija was great in every respect. Common areas were kept spotless. Cavtat is a great place for a relaxing holiday and so was Villa Schwarz. I'll be back! :-)

I booked the apartment last minute, so food, airport shuttle etc wasn't something they could help with. There are not too many restaurants or cafe's open after late flights within walking distance and one is usually exhausted and hungry after +-12 to 15 hour flight's. Overall for a last minute experience, it was really good and at the time, much needed for my father. He flew from Cape Town, South Africa 🇿🇦 Thank you for being so accommodating and friendly.

Loved the amenities, pool was beautiful and view was amazing! Very close to supermarkets, cute bars, many things close walking distance. Short drive to Dubrovnik. And also the city of Cavtat is gorgeous if you want to escape touristy Dubrovnik
