The host is super nice, helpful, she is full hearted and cares about well being of her guests. Apartament has 2 bedroom with double beds and separate bathrooms, perfect for 2 couples. Terase is private. There is no tourists around because it is not on the main road. There is posibility to walk the stairs or go around bt the road to reach the beach, coffie shop or restaurant. Recomendation.

Perfect destination for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Breathtaking view to the sea and to Novigrad, very-well equipped kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds, perfect grilling spot with all necessities, super helpful and friendly host. Highly recommended, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

The free-standing house is located close to the top of the hill overseeing Lake Novigrad with magnificent views throughout the day and evening. The facilities allow for eating, cooking, sleeping and lounging in- and outside with the covered terrace. The house and all the ameneties are brand new, clean and well-functioning. The friendly owners are easy to contact if needed and were happy to share some of their local delicacies with us. It is a short stroll down to the very picturesque village of Novigrod with castle, fisheries and buildings patched against the hillside. We stayed here for a week and will be happy to come back!

The entire house has been renovated beautifully with all the facilities you would like including even a Jacuzzi on the rooftop. The entire Village is beautiful and picturesque with nearby beaches into the clear Waters of the Novigrad sea. In the House we found our eay easily the Kitchen is very well equipped.Maggie the owner, was very responsive and accommodating.

Stayed for a week at the end of September. Our main goal was to have some rest and sup boarding in a Novigrad sea. Just an ideal place. Luxurious villa, everything is new, well designed, and made of high-quality materials. Everything is very well thought out. Located in a quiet place near beautiful Novigrad town. Heated (and big!) pool is really cool. The host, Maja, is a very nice person who met us with some food and wine. We hope to come back to this place soon!

Great location, with many beach options (dog friendly also), many tourist attractions like Plitvice are very close by car. If the weather is not the best for a swim in the sea, the outdoor jacuzzi is also a great option to spend time. Outdoor furnace is great for making a pizza. The villa is very cozy and spacious, we really enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed for a week, and even my little dog enjoyed being there.

The apartmant was fantastic, from the hugh terrace we had amazing seawiew and sunset. We got presents and fresh fish ready to eat from the owner family. Thanks for everything!!!
