This is by far one of the very best “appartments” to rent I have ever stayed at. Sutivan is a very little charming village. It has few restaurants and nice choice of comfy beaches to enjoy your time and not feel too crowded. By staying at the Dora apt. everything is super close and yet you are having your own peace and extra comfort. The room is very well soundproofed so you do not hear nearly nothing from outside (and that is great since there is a restaurant downstairs). You can only hear when neighbours are returning back to their rooms from the entry staircase corridor, but since this lovely gem has only 4 rooms and most people are considerate and respectful, you dont need to worry too much about that. The owner is pure gold. So kind, gentle and forward going to accomodate every wish and need there may ever rise up, it is truly rare and exceptional. She even provoded me with mosquito repellent to plug in to the socket when I forgot mine and realised that I might need it. Everything was spotlessly clean, beautiful & delightfuly designed. Even though there is no sea view possibility in the rooms, the peacefulness and comfort fully makes up for it. The bus stop connecting with Supetar (ferry to Split) or further more with the island is right around the corner. I simply cannot reccommend this place enough. It is truly a gem and you should surely give it a try. I jist have to thank very much to the owner for her amazing hospitality.

This apartment is pretty awesome. The place is brand new, so everything feels fresh and modern. And the location? It’s perfect. You've got all the cool spots in Sutivan within walking distance, from great restaurants to grocery stores. And let's talk amenities - they really nailed it. There's a a chill terrace where you can unwind with a view. All in all, it was a seriously comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you're looking for a place that's convenient, stylish, and has all the right touches, this one's definitely worth considering.

Beautiful new small house ideal for a family or two couples. Located in an olive garden, away from the city noise. Finished to a high standard, equipped with everything you need and even more! New kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave and all You need. Nice view of the sea from the terrace, peace and quiet. Nice beach at the end of garden...nothing more needed! A sensational holiday until you didn't want to leave!

Great location, close to the sea. Darko is friendy and cooperative. The property is close to marina, there are some affordable bars and restaurants.

Nice modern house, isolated from neighboring houses, surrounded by green, with a view on the sea. This is the edge of Brac, with unpaved paths around and between the beaches.

The apartment is clean, very well equipped, in a great location in Sutivan. Close to beaches and city center. Very nice keeper of the apartment. Everything was wonderful.

The apartment is super spacious and everything is brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped and has the most amazing view. The beach is a 2min walk away and it's a bit smaller, but it was never crowded. A bit larger beach is a 4min walk away. The grocery store is a 5min walk away and it has all the essentials, but for a bigger shopping you can go 12min by car to Konzum, Tommy or Lidl which are all really close to each other. For me, a big plus was the washing machine :) The hosts are really kind and welcomed us so nicely, and were available should we need anything. We had the most relaxing time here and we'll definitely come back!
