Everything was incredible! We loved our stay at Kaien. The room was very clean, bright and all the facilities were there. Also, the view on the swimming pool is a real plus as it is totally calm and relaxing. We would like to send a special thanks to Brooke, the owner, who is very kind and thoughtful. It was our honeymoon and she & her staff made this moment perfect: flowers on the bed, mini bar, free bikes... Also a big thanks to Zoul and Moza who were extremely kind with us and offered their help with the smile. We highly recommend Kaien for everything written as well as the good location on Gili Air, really close to the best beaches and best restaurants!

The place is really pretty and very well done. We loved how the host treated us and gave us all the recommendation on what to do in the island. We had bikes for free so it was pretty convenient to move around. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing service, totally private villa + pool, good location - close to pier and turtle beach/snorkeling spot, staff helped arrange everything we needed from laundry to snorkeling tour. 10/10 would recommend and would come back again! This is absolutely the best place to stay on Gili Air as it has everything you could wish for. The staff were amazing with special mention to Herman (super helpful on organising trips, etc) and our mate Ozzie, who perfected our English accent and was great fun 🤩. Bungalow was in a lovely quiet setting and super cleaned every day. Great location for the beach and snorkelling snd we were picked up for a snorkelling trip right from our beach. Breakfast and restaurant were fab and reasonably priced and we ate here most days. Thank you to everyone at Chillout Bungslows, you are all amazing and we hope to return one day!

Absolutely everything. The villas are extremely beautiful and well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was fantastic, 10 minutes walking from what we believe was the most beautiful beach of the island. It was really a dream. Thanks a lot to Julien and the whole staff!

i really enjoyed everything about this property. The staff was very kind, my room was clean and comfortable, the garden was beautiful and the pool was nice. Bike rentals are available onsite, which was convenient. The breakfast was delicious served at the hotel’s other accommodations at ChillOut Cafe. I preferred the location of Gili Air Bungalow because it’s on a quiet road, and close enough to the island’s best beach and snorkeling spot.
