Such a nice place to stay at. The breakfast is beyond amazing! The swimming pool is under construction now but you can use the pool next door, so it’s not a problem. Wi-fi works really well around the property but does not reach some bedrooms or has a very low signal ( was not a problem for us as we used our phone data)

The staff at Whiterose Guesthouse is incredible and the accommodations are great! My friends and I felt so welcomed! We rented scooters from them that worked perfectly and had a lovely breakfast every morning. They also have tours available and are more than willing to help you with things to do! Definitely will be back.

Everything!! Look I don't really write reviews but I've maybe stayed in a few hundred places all over the world. In all kinds of accommodation from hotel /hostels/ and 5 star resorts and I can honestly say this it's awesome. I can honestly said the photos don't do it Justice.(I really think they should do better new pics of the outside beach/pool/seating / restaurant they are even better in real life then the pics they have on booking.com ) The staff were all awesome, they all learn your name like every single staff member will remember your name and greet you with your name everyday ...so nice and kind )room 4 ocean view from room (in bed) The private balcony is clean and nice 100% would stay again. Ps bed is hugeeeeeeeeee and comfy

Staff is so wonderful at this place, everyone from receptionist, waiter, gardener and so on. I had an small accident and the staff went way out of their way for my service. There is not a thing they did not do for me. Everything from medicine, pharmacy and doctor service. They gave me free transfer to the harbor for my return to Bali. The manager at this hotel even went out of his way for us, and went with us all the way in the car to the harbor to make sure everything went smooth. I can’t thank the staff and the manager enough for all they did for us. I would recommend this place to everyone. They gave us excellent service for scooter rent and boat trips to the Gili islands
