Very comfy bed and cute apartment with everything you need. Inside the ZTL but convenient parking close by. Self check in made everything a breeze. Would book again! We stayed here after the long haul flight from aus, the bed was comfortable the AC was a dream and the location was stunning Thankyou!

Our experience was simply exceptional. The apartment is nice, comfortable, clean, and well positioned for shopping and sightseeings. The host is friendly and helpful. Our stay in this apartment really contributed to make our short vacation in Rome and surroundings unique. Both breakfast locations were fantastic. Location close to the lake made it easy to take a walk along the shore or take a swim in the lake. Federico’s restaurant was fabulous. Federico also went out of his way and brought a fan to our room in order to stay a bit cooler in the hot weather.

Viskas labai puiku - butas ramioje, patogioje vietoje, jaukiai įrengtas, pakankamai erdvus ir šviesus, lova patogi, yra vietos pasidėti daiktams, patogi virtuvė ir valgomo zona, balkonas. Patogus vonios kambarys, erdvi dušo kabina. Puikiai veikia internetas (wi-fi). Kaimynystė rami, berods nuo 23 val. prasideda ramybės valandos, tad tikrai išsimiegosit :) Iš lauko galima nuleisti žaliuzes, todėl per dieną butas neprikaista. Labai patiko ir pats Anguillara Sabazia miestelis - senas, istorinis perlas ant ežero kranto, nuostabus senamiestis, yra daug barų, ledainių, restoranų. Nuo buto patį centrą galima pasiekti per 7-10 min. pėsčiomis jaukiu taku šalia ežero. Maisto parduotuves radom dvi - viena visai šalia buto, mažytė, ir gana didelis supermarketas šiek tiek toliau - apie 15 min. pėsčiomis. Iš miestelio gana dažnai kursuoja autobusas, kuriuo galima nuvažiuoti į aplinkines gyvenvietes arba Anguillara traukinių stotį, iš kurios jau į Romą, oro uostą ar dar kur kitur :) Viskas labai patogu, mums automobilio neprireikė. Ir dar: šeimininkas labai malonus, tikiu, kad gali atsakyti į visus rūpimus klausimus, bet mes buvom savarankiški ir gana lengvai Italijoj susigaudėm patys. Grazie ;)

I have been to Italy 4 times and this beautiful home-like apartment with its perfect location, and kind and very helpful host felt like I was in a little piece of heaven. The host, Cristina, has given such detailed attention in providing so many additional comforts to their guests such as toothbrushes with mini toothpastes and scented soaps, laundry soap, every kitchen utensil you can think of including disposable items in case you wanted to pack a picnic and more. There is a clothes line with clips on the terrace or heated drying racks to dry your laundry. Cristina gave us information on apps and websites for local bus schedules to visit Bracciano and Tevignano Romana as well as restaurant recommendations with different price ranges. She was very responsive to any question I messaged her and even came over to show me how to use the washer correctly. I am inspired to retire in an apartment exactly like this one someday.

The hosts were friendly and accommodating, willing to give information about restaurants, places to visit etc. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, there's everything you might need (cleaning products, dishes, etc.) Anguillara is a fantastic place. Strongly recommended :)
