Fantastic place, spacious, comfy, and clean. The host was super friendly and helpful. The fridge was full of refreshments, and the bathroom was packed with all necessities, towels, and bathrobes. Each room had a well-working AC; hence the apartment was a great place to come back to from a long day in the sun. There are two types of parking spots, an underground garage and an outdoor one (plenty of space). The place has two fine restaurants and a swimming pool. It's a 10 min walk from the main street where one can find almost anything from Lidl, all sorts of restaurants to bike rental shops or shuttle services.

The apartment was well equipped, clean, comfortable beds, with nice terrace. Walking distance to the lake, enough parking place. The supermarket (Lidl) in walking distance, 2 restaurants just under the apartment.

Great location with easy access to the lake, beach, local yacht ports and town centre. Nice 2 beds apartment with comfy beds. Very helpful host. Clean property with basic facilities. Quality pizzeria & restaurant with amazing food located just next to the apartment. If you are a runner there is a over 7k run & walk path from Linfano to Arco with beautiful views. Highly recommended.

Very nice place in Arco, near to river where we ride to bike. Riva is quite close as well and very beatiful. The apartment is nice and clean.

Everything was super. Apartment is well equipped. Very good contact with the owner. We got some nice gifts from him, which was waiting for us in the day of our arrival :) I highly reccomend this place everyone!

The apartament was comfortable, spacious and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped.The neighbourhood was quiet and close to the city centre and the lake. Four fully functional city bikes were a great amenity. Big balcony with furnitures and beautiful views were also a strong plus of the apartament. The host - Claudio was very nice and helpfull. We had a great time here!
