Paulo is a charming,helpful and wonderful host, (and he speaks English fluently). He went out of his way to help us navigate the city and gave us a map and recommended restaurants. He served us a fantastic breakfast every day. Paulo even helped us purchase our train tickets. Nothing is too much trouble for him. The property has been completely renovated and everything is clean and new. This was our favorite stay on our two weeks in Italy. Chiavari is so beautiful and I recommend this B&B!

The location is perfect, close to railway station , close to beach and close to the town . The room was beautiful, the bathroom is magnificent and so spacious. The attention to detail is incredible and the little touches they add to make your stay special is just wonderful. This accomodation is spotless, everything is neat and so clean, it was perfect in every way for my daughter and I. Francesca is the perfect hostess who makes sure your stay is pleasant and memorable.

Beautiful facility with 3 separate en-suite rooms to rent across from the beach in Chiavari, Italy. Beautifully appointed rooms in well maintained building just off the street. Clean, comfortable rooms with welcoming common area and abundant free snacks and water. Large refrigerator in shared kitchen, small refrigerator in room. Parking arranged at small public lot across the street at no charge.

This location is a real castle! It is full of antique relics, impressive furniture and a lot of artwork. Both adults and kids were delighted with this location. It is also a photographer's dream, there are endless opportunities for photos you cannot get elsewhere.

The apartment had everything you could wish for and more. The location was perfect, everything within walking distance. Best part was the host, Silvia. She was the kindest and so helpful, even with a language barrier. Definitely would stay again!

The owner of the Apartment it's so sweet. You find everything at the place. Including bootles of water. pencils for the Kids so they can color. They location ist perfect so Close ti everything. O normallly Star in Portofino or Santa Margherita, even Rapallo. But this place for THe prize an Quality.. really it's increible. Also the owner. Was so gentle to call the pizza when we were hungry. Really If You are looking for a place to Stay Take THis. It has a sofá bed. Ando extra bed for Kids. But dont booked IT for xmas! Because it's mine! La anfitriona es lo maximo. Se los recomiendo. When people say “well stocked” it is an understatement! So much food, soap, and more for us to use! parking was convenient. we loved our stay and trying new foods. it was fabulous!

The breakfast is onsite. Even though is like a continental breakfast, the variety is plenty , and the quality of the products is superior. Ah, I am already missing Monica’s coffee, especially the cappuccino which is exceptional.
