It is a lovely place- starting with the location on the boardwalk of Ladispoli- Despite being in a very central area with bars, restaurants and organized beach locales, inside the rooms are quiet, tranquil and spotless with every convenience. Breakfast is varied, tasty and generous. Alessandra and Antonio are amazing hosts and make each guest feel at home with their warm hospitality and generous manner. I can't wait to return!

The owner was great and very kind. Every day we had breakfast, we could choose the time 8 or 9 as it suited us. The accommodation is very clean, and spacious and has all the listed facilities. The accommodation is located a 6-minute walk from the train station.

Truly, a step back in time as far as grace, elegance, beauty, comfort, and Sabrina is a delight. She is truly into making your stay an experience, not just another night. We can’t recommend this haven enough!

Great location in Ladispoli, by the main street with bars, cafes, and shops, plus a little stroll away from the station. The apartment has all been done up, so, it is practically new and well equipped. I can recommend it.

The apartment is perfect for a beach holiday. There is a free and also a paid beach right next door. Restaurants and bars in the area are plenty.

Two aspects really stood out about this property. First is the wonderful location, especially if you have kids. There is a Carrefour nearby as well as some fruit and vegetable stalls across the road. There is also a playpark nearby and of course, the (free) beach is just a short walk away. There are plenty of great restaurants, fine geletarie, etc. in the area. The area also feels safe and seems popular with families with young children. The second aspect was the attentive helpfulness of Maurizio, who went out of his way to assist and advise us and was always available. Fantastic host!
